Hello again, and welcome back to PROP.architecture! I know I have been away for a while, but I promise it was for a good reason. I am very excited about this PROP.post, because I am making a very special announcement… here we go.
It’s no secret that I am interested in contemporary residential architecture. Many of the inspirations I have referenced in past posts and in my Top 5 Small Business Inspirations are architects who are doing the type of work that I ultimately want to be doing. One of the main reasons I started PROP.architecture is because I am passionate about architecture, specifically residential architecture. And I know that the practice of architecture today is continually transitioning into the digital world. I founded PROP.architecture as a tool for myself and my followers who love residential architecture to help fuel the passion for design.
I am pleased to announce the beginning of my new architecture newsletter PROP.houses! PROP.houses will be a weekly newsletter sent out via email that features people who are excelling in the specific niche of residential architecture. This newsletter will provide common business practices as well as recognize and celebrate great design in the residential community.
The first week’s guests will be Lance Cayko and Alex Gore from F9 Productions, a Colorado-based firm that has a focus on custom residential design and real estate development. I’ll ask them everything from how they got their start working for world-renowned design firms, to how they are growing their small business into a real estate development giant.
If you are already a part of the PROP.architecture community, then you will already be receiving this newsletter. If you are not already a subscriber, enter your email in the form at the bottom of the page so that you can receive the first edition of the PROP.houses newsletter!
I am so stoked for what is to come here at PROP.architecture, and I look forward to us learning together through the new PROP.houses newsletter!
